Transporting your package

Packages are generally dispatched the same day as your order after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is the Mondial Relay transporter (48h to 96h) with deposit of your package at a Mondial Relay point of your choice. If you want a 48 hour Colissimo home delivery, UPS or Chronopost an additional cost applies. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Return of an order

From the date of delivery of your order, if you are an individual, you have a period of 14 clear days to assert your right of withdrawal by returning the unopened and unused package to us within this period (C. cons. art. L121-20), and be reimbursed (costs will be deducted depending on the amount of the order), in the case of a complete return of your order, the costs of returning the goods by carrier remain your responsibility . However, products returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled are not accepted. The withdrawal period does not apply to sales made with immediate withdrawal. To facilitate the proper management of returns within the withdrawal period, you can contact Cristal Cabriolet by e-mail or by phone. An email is then sent to you explaining the procedure for returning your order. This formality is not suspensive on the deadline for returning the package within 14 clear days after delivery.

Restrictions on the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Order No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001, this withdrawal period does not apply:

  • Products supplied on request.
  • Special orders (references outside catalog).

Secure payment

1. By bank card: Visa / Mastercard / Paypal

PayPal allows online payment using a large bank card or a PayPal account if you have one. In the case of payment by credit card, it is not necessary to open a PayPal account but the payment is made on the PayPal page.

2. By check (France only)

You can send a check on the back of which is noted the number of the order as well as proof of identity and / or proof of address and the details of the order as well as your e-mail to the address indicated during the passage of your online order.

Upon receipt of the check, it will be processed by our services and you can follow the progress of your order directly on your customer account.

The processing of your order starts upon receipt of payment only. If the latter has not arrived within ten days, the order is canceled.

3. By bank transfer

You just need to choose this payment method on the payment form when confirming your order. The banking information to proceed with the transfer is communicated in the confirmation email of your order.
